Meet the travelers James, Kati, and Mia.

James was born and raised in the tech-savvy heart of California, where his childhood travels extended only as far as Arizona and New Mexico. Now, he's the mastermind behind this digital haven, having crafted this site with the wizardry of Python, Django, and Wagtail CMS, all while balancing a career in web development.

Kati, also a California native, was bitten by the travel bug at a tender age. With a family that roamed the globe, her passport was filled with stamps before she hit her teens. Her love for animals steered her towards becoming a veterinary technician with a specialty in anesthesia, blending her childhood hobby with a fulfilling career.

Mia, our tiny explorer, now getting older, joined our travel adventures when she was just a baby, and she's already out-traveled most adults! With travels spanning from the sandy beaches of Mexico to the historic streets of Hungary, she's not just following in her parents' footsteps but setting her own pace in the world of travel. She's been on over 100 flights and explored more than a dozen states – a true jet-setter in the making.

How It All Began:

The year was 2004 when James and Kati's journey truly took off. Their first international escapade was to Hungary, visiting Kati's ancestral homeland, which not only marked James's first venture abroad but also ignited a lifelong love affair with travel. That same year, a magical trip to Disney World followed by an enchanting Disney Cruise sealed their fate as Disney devotees – and it was where James proposed!

The Honeymoon and Beyond:

In 2005, the couple's honeymoon in Tanzania brought them face-to-face with the wild in the Serengeti, an experience that profoundly shaped their perspective on travel. From the icy expanses of the Arctic Circle to the sun-drenched landscapes of Australia, their adventures are as varied as they are frequent.

The Disney Obsession:

Their first shared Disney experience in 2004 was more than just a vacation; it was a revelation of Disney's unparalleled commitment to magic and customer service. This has led to numerous trips, Disney Vacation Club membership, and annual passes that ensure they're always in the loop with the latest from Disney. They've sailed on all five Disney cruise ships, with Kati's cruise count leading the pack!
