Disney's Animal Kingdom - March 2025
Our Disney adventure leveled up with Aunt Csilla at Old Key West Resort, setting the stage for an epic day at Animal Kingdom. Highlights: Kilimanjaro Safaris wowed with giraffes & elephants, a baby tiger stole the show, Pandora’s magic awed, Lion King dazzled, churros delighted, & the pool soothed.
Our adventure at Disney just got even better when we joined up with Aunt Csilla at Disney’s Old Key West Resort the night before. It was the perfect start to a day of fun at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, and we couldn’t wait to explore all the amazing experiences that awaited us!
We kicked things off with the famous Kilimanjaro Safaris, and let me tell you, we were in for a treat! The animals were out in full force, and we got to see some incredible wildlife up close. From majestic giraffes to playful elephants, the safari was definitely a highlight. But the real showstopper was the new baby tiger we spotted on the Jungle Trek trail. What a rare and adorable sight!
Next, we ventured into Pandora – The World of Avatar. The landscape here is like nothing we’ve ever seen before. The floating mountains and lush, bioluminescent flora made us feel like we had stepped right into another world. Exploring this incredible land was pure magic, and we couldn’t help but feel awe-struck by the beauty of it all.
One of the highlights of our day was watching Festival of the Lion King. The show was vibrant, filled with energy, and a lot of fun! The acrobatics, live music, and colorful costumes had us all clapping and singing along.
After all that excitement, we were ready for a treat, so we shared a family-sized churro flight—yum!
As the day wound down, we headed back to Old Key West Resort to relax and unwind. We took a dip in the pool and just soaked in the peaceful vibes of the resort. The perfect way to end a magical day at Disney.
