The room at a glance
Room 1017 is a standard view room on the 10th floor of Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort. It has two queen beds and looks out over the pool area.
We wanted this to be a plain, honest look at the room. No staging, just the real size, the real storage and the real view.
Near the elevators, and it was fine
The room sits right near the elevators. Going in, we were a little worried about that.
We honestly never heard anything from inside the room. If you get a room in this spot, we wouldn't stress about it.
Storage, desk and outlets
Walking in, you pass the entry hallway and the closet first. From there we checked out the storage and drawer space, then the desk and seating area.
The questions we see most before people arrive are about charging. There are charging stations in the room, with both USB and USB-C outlets, and we point out exactly where they are in the tour. There's also a mini fridge and a coffee setup.
The Pixar touches
Every room gets a Luxo Jr. lamp on the desk, which is a pretty great desk lamp to have.
The Pixar details show up all over the place once you start looking: the artwork and backdrop behind the beds, the bedding, and even the tag on the door.
Bathroom, window and the view
We finished with the bathroom and then the window. The standard view from the 10th floor looks out over the pool area.
If you're trying to picture a standard room at Pixar Place Hotel in person, we hope this helps. We're happy to answer questions about the room or the hotel in the comments on the video.
